On Baha’i Food Views: Flitzy on Flickr, subscribe to feed

A hearty waffle with corn, beans and onion inside. Serve with poached eggs, crumbled Italian saussage, a sprinkling of cheese and savory herbs - and edible flowers (broccoli and oregano). Pour over gravy made from pan drippings, coconut milk and spices. Garnish with parsley and green onion.

Through a fluke in the creation of our flickr account, folks doing a blog search for “Baha’i” are often getting something mouth-watering good among their results. I called our account Baha’i Views/Flitzy Phoebie, because the photos taken by my wife were first seeing the light of day on our blogs, BV mine and FP hers. These days, however, my wife is posting a lot of pictures about cooking, so if you search for “Baha’i” you may get the following results on Bloglines. -gw
